In simpler words, she is sharing her experiences to make sure her readers don't make the same mistakes she did or saw other making.
I fully agree with the use of her blog since it makes us readers realize how vast her experience is and how she has already gone through most things people can fail in and learn from her mistakes. It shows that no matter what happens in the company she is in, she will most likely have a solution for it since it wouldn't be the first time it happens to her. Making people trust her judgement, will translate in her businesses gaining the trust of the people as well.
